Michelle and Nichelle have been friends since high school.  During one of Michelle's recent stays in Baltimore, she approached Nichelle with the idea for the Project, then unnamed.  Through many brain storming sessions, the completed idea, the mission and the vision for the calendar were born.  In an effort to promote women of larger size, Michelle and Nichelle started a grass roots effort to gain awareness and help many women who have low self esteem because of their body size.  

With the idea that "Curvy Chicks are Boss Chicks too!" Michelle and Nichelle have worked tirelessly to promote, empower and recognize women of a fuller figure.  Through rallies, workshops and life building sessions, they are attempting to change the full figure woman's view of herself, one woman at a time.

Coming in late 2016, a 2016 -17 Curvy Boss Calendar will be released celebrating women of a fuller figure in beautiful scenes.
